Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Smart Computer Education Center. We commit to providing high-quality computer education and practical training. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. General Fee Policy

1. All fees (Registration Fee, Course Fee, Examination Fee, or Installments) paid to Smart Computer Education Center are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Once a student registers or pays the admission fee, the seat is blocked, and resources are allocated, hence no refund requests will be entertained.

2. Batch Transfers and Adjustments

1. If a student cannot attend the current batch due to medical emergencies or genuine personal reasons, they can apply for a Batch Transfer.
2. Subject to management approval and seat availability, the paid fee can be adjusted for the next available batch within [e.g., 3 or 6 months] from the date of admission.
3. Fees cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person or student.

3. Course Discontinuation

1. If a student leaves the course midway or gets expelled due to indiscipline, absenteeism, or non-compliance with institute rules, no refund will be issued.
2. The student will still be liable to clear any outstanding balance dues for the ongoing installment period.

4. Technical and Online Course Exceptions (If Applicable)

1. For online courses, if a student faces any technical issues from our platform's end that prevent them from accessing classes for more than [e.g., 7 days], they may contact support for an alternative solution or batch extension.

5. Institute Decision

1. In case of any exceptional disputes, the final decision rests solely with the management of Smart Computer Education Center and will be binding.
