2. Fees can be paid in full or via agreed-upon installments (if applicable).
3. Refund Policy: Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another student under any circumstances.

3. Class Attendance and Discipline

2. Strict discipline must be maintained within the institute premises and online classes. Any student found misbehaving may be suspended without a fee refund.

2. Students are not allowed to distribute, sell, or share these materials with outsiders.

6. Certificate Issuance

1. Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course, passing the required exams/projects, and clearing all pending fee dues.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. The institute provides high-quality training and career guidance but does not guarantee direct placements or jobs unless explicitly stated in a specific program.

8. Changes to Terms

1. Smart Computer Education Center reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
